Roll with the work schedule. Carrier schedules change so can’t be uptight if you need to adjust work schedule and location.
Poor management, lots of overnight travel out of town without more than a days notice, short to nonexistent breaks, and lack of jobsite safety. Low standards for both work and employees. Employees regularly get high at work and come to work hungover and stoned. Solar teaches very little about electricity or how to wire a house.
