Pros
- Decent progression opportunities in most teams but still finding structure for this - Really friendly people - Laid back modern office, no dress code - Decent pay - Good social and volunteering opportunities, take B corp very seriously - Really great employee benefits - Pretty diverse for Cheltenham!
Cons
- Very fast paced - wouldn't suit some people - Not necessarily a con but music on all the time which doesn't suit some, there are quiet spaces though
