There's a very clear divide between Englidh speakers and foreigners here. The foreigners group together, speak to each other only in their language and have even been known to sabotage our work or documentation. Complaints aren't taken seriously. The blame is on us and they won't consider the possibility as it opens the door to make management look "racist".
Pay is horrendous and the pay gap between the same staff doing tbe same jobs are unbelievable. The treatment of some women is and enough to their faces, but if they ever knew how the men and male management spoke about them when they're not around... !!!!
I would never recommend a friend to work here, particularly not females!
