    Great company that’s going through lots of change to better fulfill its mission. Great people, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, flexible work arrangements, and good “Total Comp”

    Cons

    Can get political (as with any organization this size) and tension/friction can arise between those who are embracing change and those who “have always done it this way”.
