Pros
Working at CSA has been a truly rewarding journey for me. It’s a fast-paced environment, which means no two days are the same, and I’m constantly learning and staying engaged. Over time, it has really helped me improve my time management, multitasking, and ability to handle pressure. I’ve learned how to think on my feet, adapt quickly to changes, and stay focused even during challenging situations.
This role has pushed me a lot outside my comfort zone, and that’s where most of my growth has come from. I’ve become more confident, more organised, and more proactive in the way I approach my work. It has also helped me build resilience and emotional strength, especially when things don’t always go as planned.
What I truly value about working at CSA is the purpose behind what we do. Being able to help interns secure jobs and start their careers is incredibly fulfilling. Hearing their success stories and knowing that I played a small part in their journey gives me a real sense of satisfaction and motivation to keep going.
Another thing I appreciate is the support from the leadership team. They’ve always been approachable, encouraging, and willing to guide me when needed. At the same time, they give you the space to take ownership, step up, and prove yourself. If you’re willing to put in the effort, there are real opportunities to grow within the company.
CSA is definitely not the easiest place to work, but that’s also what makes it so rewarding. It challenges you, shapes you, and helps you become better both professionally and personally. Looking back, I can confidently say that this experience has played a big role in who I am today, and that’s something I truly value.
Cons
it’s not for the faint-hearted, and for someone who prefers a slow-paced or low-pressure environment, this could be a challenge. However, for those willing to step up, it’s an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience.
