Terrible management from top down. Heard this place was different but it’s not. Worst pay in the area.

Great work environment, co-workers are always willing to lend a helping hand when it is required.

Cons

The general manager is very difficult to work with, often very short with people she will not hesitate to yell at you in front of others.

Great pay and decent insurance benefits

Cons

Managers have no concept of active listening and direct communication. Managers' grudge-holding and counter-productive, passive-aggressive behavior is the norm and is highly demoralizing. Basic respect, human decency, and integrity are considered character flaws here. There is generally no upward mobility. They will hire experienced outside candidates rather than train an existing employee for a new position. Stifling bro-culture at its worst. If you want a professional environment that values and empowers its employees, this isn't the place for you.
