Solid company in the Argentinean market. Very bureaucratic when it comes to making decisions.
Pros
1_ The company belongs to the Arcor Group, so it has a solid base with excellent expectations in the Argentinean market. 2_Good job stability provided the requested work is done, which is often stressful and time-consuming. 3_ One of the best companies in Argentina to learn not only in the area in which you work but in all areas, working here you get a very good base to be able to move to any other company or industry (as a counterpart you learn from other areas because being so bureaucratic or not being so well defined roles you end up doing a little of everything).
Cons
1_ Very bureaucratic when it comes to making decisions, especially in the purchasing area, where an aggressive strategy ends up breaking relationships with trusted suppliers and buying spare parts or supplies that are not always the right ones. 2_ Salary below market average for the same position in similar companies. 3_ A lot of rotation in the different positions, which generates an additional workload for those who remain and general stress.
