      Got new CEO who will actually listen to employees and a new production manager who has over 20 years experience on the floor and programming.

      Still have a lot of stuff to fix so it will take some time.

      Fun work, cutting edge technology, interesting problems to solve, new things regularly

      Cons

      Poor compensation package, no career advancement, they don't listen to employees with the experience and knowledge, instead they make decisions based on some manager articles they read online, frustrating to watch management fail.
