They put their employees in very poor position to be effective or accomplish positive goals. Employees are forced to put on "airs" to the vendors like everything is going to be paid when the employees have no idea if payments will be made. They abuse their vendors and use them to fund the business beyond business ethics or morals.

The culture is absolutely horrible. There is a ton of blaming and finger-pointing. Back-stabbing and scapegoating are common place. Nobody wants to work collaboratively. Managers treat people horribly because they have absolutely no management skills. HR is ill-equipped to deal with any issues and is just a yes-man to the company. Don't look for any help there. I have never worked anyplace with such a negative vibe. Pay is very low and never expect a raise. They offer no training and development, so you will be in a dead end job. Absolutely no recognition for work well done, all you will hear about is all of the stuff that has gone wrong. Values are a joke, a lot of talk, but no action. If I could give a review of 0 I would. Stay away from this place at all costs.
