Pros
Working here has many positives such as remote working, our healthy products that are on trend with consumers and retailers. I love the spirit of One Team One Dream and our townhall meetings' are the best I have experienced.
Cons
The overwhelming number of tasks and the level of fire fighting issues every week is stressful with no end in sight. Emails, texts, phone calls all the time all requiring immediate responses is overwhelming especially over the weekend. On Monday morning, I am already two days behind decisions and information that impact my goals. We also have good public positivity but also a prevailing undercurrent of negativity. My boss(es) are always disappointed with everyone and it creates unnecessary tension to here them talk so poorly about teams and results.

Talented and hardworking team who are genuine in their care for quality work and processes Fast paced environment that can be exciting for those who thrive under high demands and high pressure
Cons
Mutiple projects that are set up for speed, the direction changes or work is stopped due to misalignment on targets and priorities Often decisions happen and are communicated behind the scenes creating churn. The pressure to move fast is not needed given the level of change that takes place
