Pros
It was one of the first companies in Japan to take on the challenges of logistics in Japan, and I believe it is one of the leading companies capable of innovating a legacy industry. New services are being released one after another, and development can be done with a sense of speed.
Cons
As the service was created by an old developer without testing and without considering the architecture, there are many bugs and refactoring is a must. In spite of this, the management wants to release new services, and the allocation between new implementations and refactoring is not well done.
