      Pros

      Company is growing at a fast pace so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist. Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas and encouraging growth both personally and professionally. Company understand work-life balance and actually respects it. Culture is conductive to make friends and mentors with other opportunities to get involve based on your interest. Our clients are top name brands and we are doing incredible things. This is a place you can call home, many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration and ability to create pathways to success for other.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that evolving (Adding office space, formalizing procedures etc,) that come along with any growing company. Its important to not get hung up on what is wrong but to focus on what is happening right. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it.

      Work life balance Overseas projects Letest technology to work like 5G, LTE/VoLTE. Company deal in Data Analytics and RF optimization, design, integration

      Cons

      Most of the project work in night shift and there is no allowance for it. But same is declared at the time of hiring.
