work from home 3 days per week | competitive salary | parking available at site locations |
Cons
Organizational culture - non-supportive, critical, no room for error, ok to throw colleagues/ employees under the bus. Management style - retribution, extreme narcist, bullying on a day to day basis, lack of empathy for patients, bottom line is the only priority, favoritism, nepotism, hire friends whether qualified for the position, constant lying, personality disorders demonstrated consistently. Pros
Some great people here who care about the job and participants.
Cons
Overall, extremely poor management and leadership. Incompetent leaders aren’t held accountable to develop their teams, manage up instead to impress the boss. Don’t give direction or supervision but still expect you to go above and beyond with no communication. They don’t connect with the staff beyond being an employee. They move you around like you’re just a game piece but expect you to be excellent without training or supervision. You work FOR the company instead of with the company. Some policies are terrible.
