    Pros

    The environment is very comfortable. People are nice. Learn a lot about professionalism.

    Cons

    Sometimes didn't have anything to do. Depending on who is your supervisor, you may or may not have specific projects to work on. Most of the time no one even knew I was there. I sometimes felt like I was not supposed to get the job, because of how invisible I felt.

    I worked at CenterPoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It was a job and it the pay was decent for the work.

    Cons

    You sit on the phone all day long repeating the same scripts over 100 times each day. Not much break times.

    Advice to Management

    Management was actually really great, they were very understanding because the job itself was very demanding.

    The client interaction and helping to improve the lives of people who need a second chance

    Cons

    No support from upper management, low pay, dis attachment to employees

    Advice to Management

    Take some time to get to actually know who's working for you. Working as a team promotes a better environment for everyone

    Pros

    The pay and benefits are good. Good training provided.

    Cons

    Bad work environment. Management is hypercritical of job performance. There is a high amount of pressure to sell things but commission is not very much. Also Management won't work with employees who need time off for Medical purposes.
