    Pros

    free Coffee
    Free Soda
cheap prices in the vending machine
    Free Parking on Site
did I mention free Coffee and Refills.

    Cons

Co-workers can be complete snobs. Absolutly no struture in place to be successful. Upper management returns calls and Emails when it convenent to them. What you sign up for is different then waht you end up doing. Cramped working space. Just a BAD enviorment.

    Advice to Management

The CEO has absolutly No social skills with his office mates. There only 18 or so folks that work at the corporate office and he never smiles and he seems always to be in a bad mood. I have worked here 18 months and I don't think he knows my name?

HR is a mess. Nor formal reviews, salaries are not market competitive

    Pros

If you are a technology geek, then this is the place for you.

    Cons

Every customer engagement is a custom project. They don't know how to build a product company. They don't know how to research a market opportunity, then design a solution around it.

    Advice to Management

The hammer looking for a nail approach does not scale. Businesses want solutions not platforms.

    Pros

Best place to be part of a team. In this whirlwind technology industry with constantly changing needs, these are people who want to grow with you. The focus on flexibility and understanding the real problem (and real target audience!) is always at the forefront of every meeting.

Having worked as a customer before working alongside them (and after following proper recruitment protocols of course!), I did my homework before coming to Centric. If you've ever worked or interfaced with anyone from this company, the genuine team atmosphere is exhilarating. I had no doubts coming on board and they prove me right every day that these are the right people to work with.

Customers view you as an extension of their team, eager to collaborate and explore opportunities.

    Cons

The product grows so fast, you need to be a quick learner!

    Advice to Management

It's great to work with managers who care how their team is doing. Who know what you're working on without micromanaging. The emphasis on leading, not "managing" is what makes them so great to interface with. Always feel engaged as part of the growth and development. Keep it up!

Very friendly company focused on finding the "right" people who are the "right" fit. So important to maintain open communication, growth, and reduce office politics!

I worked at Centric Software full-time

    Pros

Centric Software has burst through the PLM barrier to emerge as the leading vendor into Fashion/Retail/Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies. Excellent vision, unique selling proposition are leaving other vendors far behind.

    Cons

Fast growth and tempo creates a very heavy work load.
