Business Outlook
Pros
The company is willing to hire people who has just graduated or are looking for a change in careers. Gave me some great experience and insight into how some companies work.
Cons
The management doesn't really care about the employees or whether or not they are getting result in their work. If you show up and clock in on time and clock out on time they don't really seem to care what you are doing. As long as you stay on the good side office gossip it is a great place to show and do just enough to get by.
