Pros

The only positive aspect of this company is that there were a few genuinely friendly people working there.

Cons

-Management treats employees with complete disregard, making people feel small, unimportant, and disposable. -Upper management, including the CEO, comes across as arrogant and unwilling to listen to any viewpoint other than their own. -Effort and loyalty are expected, but appreciation and basic respect are consistently missing. -Employees are routinely underpaid while morale remains extremely low. -The workplace environment is toxic and offers no meaningful investment in employees. -Hard work is often ignored or met with criticism instead of recognition. -Conditions have been steadily worsening and, at times, felt like rapid deterioration. -Recognition is almost nonexistent, no matter how much effort is put in. -Employees are expected to produce results with very little support or guidance. -Negativity is constant and comes from multiple levels of the organization. -The environment becomes mentally and emotionally draining over time. -Even simple conversations can feel tense, leading many to stay silent to avoid conflict. -Strong employees become visibly worn down and disengaged. -The longer people stay, the more exhausting and unsustainable the environment becomes

Pros

Training and coaching on selling digital patient education tools that actually get used at the point of care. The product is interesting and the mission behind it makes the work more motivating. Team shares knowledge and the communication is open.

Cons

Activity targets stay high and the pressure builds during busy outreach periods.

Pros

Before this, I had a basic cold-calling sales job, so when I came here, learning all the healthcare terminology and client expectations took a while. Conversations became easier once I understood the products and how medical offices use them. Coworkers answer questions and share tips instead of looking to turn everything into a competition.

Cons

There was a lot to learn initially.
