Annual leave allocated for birthday. Pool table in break room. Free parking close to town centre.
Cons
This company tries to cut costs at every corner. The environment is extremely male-dominated and not the most comfortable workplace for women. Other employees would make extremely derogative “jokes” about women and HR did nothing. Employees allowed to get away with hitting the desk violently and loudly. Dedicated long term employees were layed off. The product was glitchy poor quality and had to be replaced often to customers.
