Management at this company is extremely disconnected. Leadership rarely listens to employees and often talks down to anyone below them. I was laid off due to "tariffs" but it felt more like an excuse. The company performance issues have been going on all 4 yrs I was there. They claim to innovate, but most of their ideas are recycled. And the pay is disgustingly bad. The only positive part of my experience was my direct manager who was genuinely supportive.
