Pros

If you like to advocate for the rights of others this is the correct place. This is a non-profit organization that helps the community by providing legal resources. It is truly rewarding if you enjoy helping others.

Cons

There is a noticeable amount of nepotism and favoritism within the organization. The Executive Director does not seem to have the necessary qualifications to perform the role effectively as well as other managers. Also, Confidentiality is not properly understood or respected in this office, and overall professionalism is lacking among certain staff members.

Pros

Advocate for the Latino/immigrant community

Cons

Poor management with low support for staff. The senior management believe they are "solving the worlds problems" by relying on staff members to do their work for them. They will also quickly throw you under the bus so they do not have take accountability for their own inactions.
