Thank you for leaving a review and for highlighting our quick and efficient hiring process. We’re sorry to hear your experience so far hasn’t been a positive one. At CLC, we host POD meetings where you can address issues or concerns with your supervisor and team. Our company also offers periodic company-wide meetings and surveys to check in and hear from our people directly about ways we can improve. We’d love to lean in and see what we can do differently to assist you. We strongly encourage you to speak to your supervisor or Clinical Director. If you want help starting those conversations, please email reviews@autitsmlearningpartners.com and we’ll be happy to step in.

Fun job, minimal support
Jun 30, 2022 - Behavior Technician in Huntington Beach, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The children are fun to work with and some toys are provided to start with.
Cons
Very minimal support. You receive minimal training before working 1:1 with kiddos without any supervision. It is a very for-profit business and seemed like the main priority was to staff as many technicians with kids. It would have been helpful to match kiddos based on technician experience if there's no support provided.

Pros
You can learn about ABA.
Cons
Not well managed No support for BTs

Pros
Some nice people but flaky, kids are always great.
Cons
Terrible administration. They give you min work hours to keep you at part-time status. Supervisors are uninformed and pass the buck whenever they can.
