Nothing nice to say other than its part of a hospital that has good benefits.. CEO is a great guy.
Cons
To many turn overs in staff. Staff is always moved around never in same position. Administration needs to reevaluate their own position.

It's an equal opportunity employer.
Cons
The company changes policies and procedures too much. Their evaluation system should be done yearly as promised when hired, instead of "whenever I get the chance."
