      Pros

      Laid back environment. Upper management is determined to grow the company and expand. Techs get 10% sales commission on anything sold or upsold. You learn about a unique field and deal with new customers everyday. You can drive your van home.

      Cons

      Too many people here think they are a boss so there's a lot of miscommunication. Health and 401k benefits aren't very good. Hasn't been any opportunities for techs to be promoted.
