Worst place I've ever worked. Company is full of racist old women who blame all thier bad behaviour on menopause, never worked with such incompetent people. Do not accept a job here for any reason, you will regret it (they do not have an HR department, but they pay one to cover thier tracks).
Training and development opportunities are pretty good.
Cons
Some senior members of the events office team have been there way too long, they see the venue/space as their own. They are overly controlling, stubborn, out of touch and quite frankly they are bullies. Poor decision making, based on emotions and personal bias rather than logic, which is all part of a deep rooted and toxic culture problem at the place.
