      Decent healthcare and remote work.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with no leadership from the founders. No work/life balance. Avoid this company, they were acquired by Mastercard but don't wish to adopt decent Human Resources practices or employee treatment practices to retain or attract skilled professionals. There is no "decency quotient" here. Turnover is high.
