Pros
Understanding team that is there to support each other and full involves the whole team in everything they do. They care for the wellbeing of their employees. It is exciting to work with a team that is passionate about what they do and always wanting to improve their products and services as well as the HR side of the business.
Cons
Honestly, I am yet to find a con. So far so good.
