Civitech reviews

I know there's a bunch of bad reviews here and they seem valid. I've been working on calls for a while here and my experience with the people in my sector of Civitech have been wonderful to work with. I always am happy to work with them, and they've been very helpful with everything I've done here. The overall role has been very easy and straightforward, and there's not a long list of things you need to remember when you're trained. They recently made a great decision to go from contract to W-2 for our roles and that's a huge thumbs up for me! 👍

The people. Civitech is full of smart, talented, and genuinely supportive coworkers who care about the mission and about each other. Leadership is approachable, receptive to feedback, and does a great job communicating the company's vision and priorities.
