Clarity Clinical Laboratory reviews

I was working here for over a year, and was actually the hardest working and the leader of this office for the company. I had gotten sick at lunch from being in the sun in the middle of June and trying to water my flowers while I was on my lunch break, and I went into work after the break and still felt really sick. It was a very good thing that this day was Wednesday and patients weren't in the office this day because the provider was scheduled to be in the O.R, on Wednesdays. I guess i had gotten too hot outside on break, and i had my head down in the break room over a trash can because i was really nauseated. A coworker who just started working with me (I was still training her at this time). She called and told the supervisor which is in Valdosta and never even came into the office that we worked in, and told her i was sleeping on the job and that I left early! All of this was lies! I did not even get a phone call, a warning, NOTHING! I received an email about 5:30 pm that day after I had gotten home from work, with just a separation notice attached! There was never an explanation given and I tried to contact them more than just a few times, with no response to this day! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AT ALL!!!!!!! THAT WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND WRONG ON SO MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS!!!!

Lack of communication, representatives of the labs make the job more difficult because of the"boss"position they carry but actually has no clue of the actual aspects of the job in detail.
