Business Outlook
Pros
1. Everyone is friendly here which is great. 2. Supportive Team lead with experience so you can learn alot if you have potential. 3. There is no work load here & you can do you work in your own space which is I feel most important for a developer.
Cons
1. Alternate saturdays are off only so you can get only 2 saturdays off in a month and if you are a developer you won't like it if you work previously 5 days a week only. 2. It is a 09 - 06 job so this I feel to early but after some time you get habitiual to it. :D :D
