Pros

It was nice to listen to podcasts while working, and they have paid sick leave

Cons

Never enough planning by management to have things running smoothly. Be ready to have your schedule changing last minute, and get worked to the bone. If you want to work 40 hours a week at a job that is very physically draining, where your schedule changes regularly and you are expected to stay late if they need, then this is the job for you. They treat their employees like cleaning machines, and don't take into account the physical toll this job takes on your body.

Pros

Nifty clock in/outs on an app makes it so you just wake up, confirm your schedule, and clock in when you get to the house. Pay is higher than minimum wage. You get great exercise in your arms and in general.

Cons

Way too much time spent on Slack during and outside of clocked in hours covering the admin stuff. Schedule changes often (sometimes the morning of your job, which can be a big hassle if the location is further than expected). Long (unpaid) time in between jobs is not ideal. Pay is based off of customers giving you 4 stars, which almost never happens no matter how well you do. It seems like they expect a lot out of their workers, who labor very hard using their bare minimum tools and materials.

Pros

-good company culture (it feels like a family) -mileage reimbursement ($1.50 a mile) and small portion of car insurance to help pay for more coverage -reimbursement for any unexpected work expenses -company social events are really fun and worthwhile -open to growth -quality made cleaning products with little to no smell -Andrew is a great guy and an inspirational leader -good work life balance -Slack is used to communicate with your coworkers

Cons

-bad time estimates (not enough time for everything that is expected plus driving plus breaks/lunches) -the app has a mind of its own and is not 100% reliable -if you don’t have unlimited data service clocking in and out and seeing job notes is a lot harder -you have to drive your own car and pay for parking (mileage is reimbursed but it doesn’t account for wear and tear of the car over time; they also reimburse later for parking) -only 3 tiers of pay because it is a newer company
