It is clear that this company is dedicated to providing its employees with an environment that encourages growth, creativity, and a passion for excellence. One of the most impressive aspects of Clear Measure is its commitment to work/life balance. Despite its fast-paced environment, the company understands the importance of allowing its employees to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Moreover, Clear Measure offers excellent benefits to its employees. These include comprehensive health and dental insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities. This commitment to employee well-being and professional growth is truly commendable and sets the company apart from others in the industry.

Pros
Good work/life balance, 20 vacation days annually, completely remote. A lot of independence. Interesting projects with a multitude of tech stacks. Great teammates and clients. Overall, a nice place to work with one major setback.
Cons
If you're transgender, the engineers and clients at Clear Measure will treat you professionally, but the executive team won't. The "Core Values" might say one thing, but their actions don't reflect the principles they've outlined.
