Work environment and culture has declined over the past year with interim leadership who lacks direction, has limited knowledge of managed care, patterns of unfair treatment, manipulation, discrimination and poor communication with employees. The ultimate outcome appears to be letting employee go and outsourcing operations driven primarily by self-interest (greed) not even thinking about the members.

New management/authority in the company has no interest in the well being of anyone, not the members nor the employees. Incredibly exploitative and discriminatory, with a certain figure chastising and targeting Latino employees. Multiple incidents of firings based on falsified evidence, with HR dismissing actual proof. Mass layoffs with no warning, including false promises of employment for remaining employees just to be let go months later. Deadlines are prioritized over solving practical issues, scapegoating the primarily elder members the insurance is supposed to help. A complete manipulation of everyone involved to feed the egos of individuals who have utterly dismantled the company.
