Salary low and little room for advancement

The company does not offer any opportunities to advance your career in any meaningful way. Promotions come in the form of job title changes only. Hard and effective work is rewarded with more work. Raises do not keep up with inflation. The most you can expect is 3% every three to four years. Processes are complex and are not well documented at all. It's extremely common that a process (if documented at all) is spread over three or four discordant documents.
