The company's Paid time off or vacation policy. Good salary.
Cons
1. The Founder/Medical Director's (look up their website if you are interested in finding the name) interference and misguidance in every matter. 2. She can demean an employee for anything and everything if she does not like him or her. You will end up having regrets everyday for working here, if she is your supervisor. 3. The company does not have a proper Human Resource Department. 4. Please do not get lured by the salary and benefits. Rethink if you want to trade your self-esteem and dignity for a few more bucks.
