Pros
Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.

Work is challenging, one should be eager to learn.
