Pros
The only positive thing I can say about this company is that I received a day of training in SEO.
Cons
The company as a whole is unprofessional and poorly managed. They are unorganized and do not care about the well-being of their employees as they have a horrible benefits package, which you don't receive until months down the line, and very low salaries. The owner takes on more business than he and his staff can handle, then puts pressure on the "lower" employees to churn out work faster than what is feasible. In addition, the turnover rate is ridiculous--someone was fired on my first day and, according to a co-worker, there had been several people who came and went within the four months he was there.
