      Pros

      Company runs off of paying employees little pay and charging their tenants above and beyond their deposit. Management is only concerned if it is going to cost money; no issue with treating tenants or employees like they are problems needing to be eliminated. Owner is a sexual lawsuit waiting to happen. Total creeper.

      Cons

      To add to the "pro" section, they openly and commonly discuss other employee's private business in front other employees. The amount of professionalism is zero in this company. Pay is much less than other comparable companies and there are no benefits. The online reviews - the "not recommended" ones - are a perfect insight to how we were told to treat people. What's worse is that the management all laughed about being mean to the renters.
