Pros
Amazing company for the creative talents of Mexico, LATAM, and elsewhere. I was part of the Strategy Departement as an Experience Design Researcher, part of my graduation project. From day one, I was welcomed with open arms and supervised professionally. Feedback was honest and direct, the company is rather flat so a coffee with the CEO is not unthinkable, it’s the perfect place for creative talent to meet other creative talent, whether as a product or UI UX designer, architect, or even musician - they have it all.
Cons
The company works project based, meaning most employees come and go when projects are initiated and finished. Many employees I have seen working on multiple projects, however certainty is not always a given.
