      Pros

      - teaching here is very fun - the team has been very understanding/flexible with my availability - there are plenty of experienced teachers to help you get started. - There is always someone to answer a question you may have - your good work is acknowledged

      Cons

      - Each teacher has to learn the curriculum for every course offered and be prepared to teach from any course at any time. This makes training a slower, harder process. However, you are given plenty of time to review the courses, and the job is smooth sailing once you master them.

      I absolutely love working at Code Galaxy. We are a small company where everyone is always lending a hand, no matter the department. Management is extremely communicative and always looking for ways to improve the company and working environment overall. Everyone is always heard and respected.

      Great team, you can tell the management and everyone in the team really believes in what we do. The vision and mission are clear and everyone’s opinions are heard and taken into consideration.

      Wish I could’ve started teaching sooner, training program is very thorough so it takes a bit time before you’re ready
