      Pros

      Code Naturally supplies an excellent place to learn for both the students and the teachers. Though I am a mentor at Code Naturally, I find myself constantly learning just as much as I am teaching. Everyone around me has this hunger to learn more which drives me and inspires me to continue programming more than any computer science class I have ever taken. Everyone is extremely clear and open about all topics of discussion, which makes it easy to know exactly where the company stands and where everything stands within it.

      Cons

      Working with kids so frequently essentially dooms you to getting sick once or twice. Always wash your hands as frequently as possible, Chrome Books can get dirty.

      Pros

      - Helping students gain knowledge and understanding in fields they previously found difficult. - Solving unique problems that have a real impact on education. - As a software developer, I'm always working on different types of problems and never stuck doing the same thing. - Great and talented people - Great remote options

      Cons

      Plans can change quickly during development requiring you to adapt. As a small company each person ends up having multiple roles on the team, which is also a pro but again requires adaptability.

      Pros

      As a Graphic Design student with minimal experience, I was exposed to what we will be expected in my career in the next few years. I have been extremely fortunate to work with a small team who all offer their best to help improve struggling points and encourage feedback in moving forward. - Open staff to be able to join in collaborative efforts - Able to learn from multiple perspectives and utilize each team member's key roles - Realistic and reasonable short-term and long-term goals - Working with young creatives who are interested in their craft - Experience

      Cons

      - Long distance = not working in office - Long distance = delay in response time - Work is fast-paced (no problem personally) but can't be for everyone
