The company culture is really something that is nice about this company. The people they have hired (and those that have been able to hold on) are an amazing group.
Cons
The leadership is lacking in too many areas, and don't seem to have a clue how to fix it. About every six months they'll do a "re-org" or "Rif". After each one we are told how it's actually a good thing and now we are set up to succeed. But they just kept coming. Lie after lie and the business went right into the ground.
