      Great product but poor management

      Pros

      Great product and the company is growing rapidly. The team is great, work is mostly fun if you ignore the long days. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      The management in the US office does not care for the Indian team. Even when I was at the headquarters to visit the vibes felt off. There are huge communication gaps more often than you would expect. The management is super rude at times, expect to be woken up to angry texts at 3 am basically stating you’re worth nothing lol. Also there are weirdly ONLY MEN in the office. Just 2 female employees in all of india team which feels a bit off ethically. (Not sure if not hiring women is intentional or not)

      Cons

      The pace is intense like at most startups. Not for people who want to coast or can't operate independently and with a high level of initiative and accountability. But a great place for people who love the pace.
