1. Salary 2. Freedom of working your own hours 3. Interesting SaaS client portfolio 4. The People doing the hard work (not the management)
Cons
I have been fired on the spot for no valid reason by the CEO on a Saturday morning. No warning, no explanation, and without even giving me my one-month notice I had in my Contractor Agreement. 1. Always pay late 2. Unorganised company 3. Onboarding was the worst i ever had 4. Convoluted processes (both from a team and content writers perspective) 5. Lack of company culture 6. No personal development time 7. No company vision communicated to the broader organization 8. No clear managerial structure 9. NO HR
