      Personally , by far this has been one of the best companies I worked for , the way we are treated wants us to push so much harder to show them I can be a true asset to the company, overall my colleagues, relationship with management is a breath of fresh air, a sense of security and humanity and understanding is what I love most , the patience they have with you knowing that you basically new and you still learning is impeccable. I love working here, I'm happy !

      nice people Still has a small company feel at its heart No micro management

      Cons

      Little post sales structure Growth plan is to aggressive effecting overall customer engagement Consultancy and pm outsourced with little management causing serious project issues Acquisitions that seem like the leadership team are just throwing at the wall and seeing what sticks
