      somehow flexible timing... good for starting out.. materials are pre prepared for each class... supportive staff..

      Cons

      pay per class could be higher.. sometimes things are too rigid.. If the pay was better I would have worked longer hours. For eg if you work for 8 hrs you would be able to earn 40000 INR but if I had give 8 hrs then atleast I should be able to earn around 60k without bonuses..

      No significant during my tenure

      Cons

      lack of resources and support to achieve targets. Extremely long working hours with expectations to work seven days a week. Weak leadership and lack of transparency. Perceived favoritism and inconsistent support from management. Middle management creates unnecessary pressure and limits growth opportunities. Highly competitive environment that feels like a rat race rather than a place for sustainable career development.
