      Pros

      It is an incredibly exciting time to be both in Codility and in the assessment space. The pace of change with AI is something that will drive you in your career, and something that I believe Codility is leading the way in. This is backed up by the incredible logos that are choosing to work with the platform, Codilitys G2 status and the ongoing client feedback. The work is varied and exciting, giving opportunities to learn and develop, push yourself, and never be bored.

      Cons

      The pace of change is fast, so if you don't want to learn, it won't be right for you.

      Pros

      There is high autonomy and the chance to do things that matter. Management encourages going and doing things rather than get stuck in endless meetings discussing stuff that will never see the light of day.

      Cons

      It's a relatively old company, meaning some things are legacy and not the shiniest new tool that's making headlines. Great AI push though, with the team having access to the major providers with good limits.

      - plenty of work, not boring - in an industry facing interesting challenges

      Cons

      - extremely slow to adopt AI internally and in the product and falling behind as a result - reactive, emotional executives chasing shiny objects - outcome expectations unrealistic/misaligned to resources - losing huge customers mostly down to declining relevance of product offering

      We have reasons to believe that this was submitted by a former GTM employee that has joined competition and intends to use this review in their sales process to discredit Codility. As such, it is factually incorrect. Codility was first to market with AI skills assessments and is pioneering AI native engineering interviews. Our team members across all functions use AI daily. In 2025 we have won several competitive RFPs with world's largest organizations due to our product relevance and superiority.
