Pros

The only positive I can name is that there were a few really nice colleagues.

Cons

I’ve seen multiple times—both with others and with me—how some managers speak to people in a condescending way, with zero work ethic or professionalism, like they just want to “put you in your place.” They often fire people with no warning, sometimes literally in a single day. Even when you ask them directly whether anything is wrong—because you can see the signs—they lie to your face and say everything is ok. They’ll even ask you to document specific procedures for the team that later turn out to be handovers... They cut costs on everything. It’s nearly impossible to get budget approved even for things that are obviously necessary to do your job. Pretty much everything is treated as an expense to avoid. With that, they constantly expect perfect results, while refusing to change processes that are obviously broken. The most ridiculous part is that during the interview process I specifically asked about communication, culture, and management style, because it really mattered to me. They described it as a progressive, flat structure where management and employees respect and value each other. That turned out to be false. Why would they give such an untrue picture? Idk, maybe because they want to believe they’re open and progressive.

Pros

lots of great instructors who are knowledgeable and personal

Cons

they let a lot of the great teachers go even tho they were the best part of the school to transition to a hybrid approach to training but then ended up dropping us to even less than that. student learning suffered and cost them alot emotionally and monetarily but offered no type of compensation or refund to help them be successful so we feel forgotten
