      Gives jobs to younger people looking to begin their working lives, interacting with joyful customers always makes your day

      Cons

      Underpaid (sometimes not), no understanding of female staff, have a staff member who has been there for years that they will not let go (he is racist, homophobic, etc). Made to stand outside at the ride despite the pouring rain.
