      Pros

      Lots of support in place, such as coffee training, area manager, HR, managers calls to talk with other stores. A place where progression is encouraged, I went in as a barista, left as store manager.

      Can get stressful with how busy it gets, but that’s hospitality

      I loved my coworkers, and found them easy to work with.

      Cons

      I think the coffee training process was too long, though I understand the rationale for it. However, there was never enough time to practice, and it became very frustrating.

      High standards, continuous training and feedback, wellbeing support, management that listen, people who really care about customer service

      Cons

      High standards are not for everyone, they are for me, but if you just want an easy job and a pay check, this is not for you.
