I have been working at Coleman full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Solid company with programs in place that benefit employees. Recognition programs, 401-K, employee discounts, wellness program etc. Long-term employees give the business a family vibe. New parent company has strong leadership and communicates regularly.

    Cons

Recent corporate merger means a lot of change. New parent company is communicating changes mindfully but change leaves people uneasy. It's a "wait and see" mindset.

    Advice to Management

Several onsite mechanics with instruction books for ALL machines.
